Mango Peda




Ingredients

Quantity
Milk
1 liter
Alum powder
1 pinch
Sugar
40gms
Canned alphonso mango pulp
100ml
Cardamom powder
1/8 tsp
Saffron color
few drops
Pistachio nuts
for decoration


Mango balls flavored with cardamom.

Boil milk, sprinkle alum power and add sugar.

When it reduces to 1/3 quantity, add mango pulp.

When it forms a soft ball consistency, add cardamom powder and color.

Cool it make small balls. Decorate with pistachio halves
