Gobi Aloo















Ingredients

Quantity
Cauliflower – cut into medium – sized flowerettes
½ kg
Potatoes (big)  - cubes
3
Tomatoes – finely chopped
3
Onion – finely chopped
1
1’ piece ginger
1
Red chilli powder
1 tap
Turmeric
1 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Salt
to taste 
Ghee
2 tbsp
Sliced green chillies and chopped coriander leaves
for garnish


Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
