Lady finger (okra, bhindi) – cut up

Saute the sliced onion until transparent-light brown. Add jeera,
salt, turmeric, bhindi and chillies. Cover and cook on low heat till soft. Do
not add water. Try not to stir so much otherwise it will breakup. To check if
done, stir, when the sticky texture disappears, its done.
