Ripe black seedless grapes

Corn flour

Lemon juice

Wash the grapes and boil in a little water till very soft. Cool.
Put the grapes with its water in a mixie.
Blend well, strain
Take in a heavy pan, add sugar, water & cornflour.
Bring to boil stirring continuously. Cook till thick enough to
pour. Add essence, take off fire. Mix in the lemon juice and stir well. Use as desired.
Can be store in a fridge for a week.
Variations:
Similarly sauces can be made from fleshy fruits like mango,
strawberry, raspberries, oranges, pineapple, etc.
Only remember to adjust the sugar accordingly to sourness of the
fruit used. If using between cakes as filling, use double the cornflour and also
add some of the fruits in chopped form.
