Vanilla ice-cream














Ingredients

Egg (whole)

Egg yolks
5
Milk
600ml
Castor sugar
4 tbsp
Vanilla essence
a few drops
Thick cream
300ml


Milk the eggs and milk into a custard, add sugar and vanilla. Beat the cream stiffly. When cold, partly freeze the custard and then mix in cream and continue to freeze until the right consistency is reached.
