Spinach au beurre














Ingredients

Spinach
450gms
11kg
Butter
30gms
680gms
Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms


Wash spinach very well. Put into a pan with salt. Bring to boil quickly. Reduce heat and let it cook. Add a little water if necessary. When cooked remove, chop fine. Add melted butter. Mix and serve hot.
