Savoury potatoes

Breadcrumbs

White pepper
to taste

Bake potatoes in hot oven their jackets. Cut in two lengthwise, scoop out the inside. Mash scooped potatoes and season, add butter, milk and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly and put mixture back into jackets. Top with breadcrumbs and bake in a moderate oven till brown. Serve hot.

N. B.      Potatoes may be parboiled in their jackets before baking to hasten cooking process.
