Orange sauce (300ml) (10 portions)



Ingredients

Water
300ml
Sugar
55gms
Cornflour
15gms


Boil the sugar and water. Add cornflour diluted with water, stirring continuously. Re-boil till clear. Strain. Add blanched julienne of orange peel and orange juice.

Serve with steamed puddings and ice-cream.
