Mixed vegetable salad














Ingredients

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Red radish

Lettuce leaves
1 bunch
25bunches


Wash and grate carrots. Peel and slice cucumber. Slice tomatoes and radish. Wash and drain lettuce without squeezing. Arrange as desired. Serve with a salad dressing.

N. B.      Hard-boiled eggs and strips of ham may be included to make the salad more substantial.
