Mawa and almond pudding (Hot)



Ingredients

Quantity
Hariali mawa
100gms ( ½ cup)
Milk
100ml ( ½ cup)
Eggs
2
Grated almonds or cashewnuts
40gms ( ½ cup)
Almonds essence
a few drops
Sugar
75gms ( ½ cup)


Blend the mawa, milk, egg, sugar and nuts in the blender for 5 minutes. Add essence. Lightly caramelize a jelly mould and pour in the mixture. Seal the mould with greaseproof paper or aluminium foil. Place in water bath and bake in the oven 45 minutes. Garnish with silvered almonds.
