Butter
30gms

Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms



Boil just enough water to cover beans. Wash, string and slice beans diagonally. Add beans to boiling water. Cook till tender. Add salt. Drain and save liquid for soup or stock. Melt butter and toss beans in the butter.
