Boiled peas

















Ingredients

Peas (whole)
1 kg
25kg
Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms
Mint
1 spring
1 bunch
Butter
30gms
500gms
Sugar
½ tsp
60gms



Shell and wash peas. Cook in boiling salted water, with the mint, until tender. Drain in a colander. Add butter and powdered sugar and toss gently. Serve in a vegetable dish with mint leaves.
