Boiled cauliflower















Ingredients

Cauliflower
450gms (1)

Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms



Trim the steam and remove outer leaves. Hollow out the stem with a peeler. Wash well. Cook in boiling salted water till done. Drain well and serve whole on a serviette, placed on a flat dish or with each cauliflower cut into 4 even portions in a vegetables dish.

N. B.      One medium-sized cauliflower takes about 20 minutes to cook.
