Custard sauce (B) (300ml) (10 portions)



Ingredients

Quantity
Milk
300ml
Castor sugar
30gms
Custard powder
15gms


Dilute the custard powder with a little cold milk. Boil remaining milk. Pour the boiled milk gradually over custard powder. Return to the saucepan. Stir till it boils. Mix in the sugar.
