Chocolate sauce (B) (200ml) (5 – 8 portions)



Ingredients

45gms
Water
200ml
Cornflour
2 tsp
Butter
15gms
Salt
a pinch
Sugar
30gms
Vanilla



Break up the chocolate. Add half the water and dissolve over gentle heat. Mix the cornflour and salt to a smooth cream with a little of the remaining cold water. Heat the rest; when it starts boiling, pour over the blended cornflour, stirring well. Add the dissolved chocolate, butter and sugar and cook for 4 to 5 minutes stirring and beating well. Add a few drops of vanilla essence.
