Black coffee

Egg yolks

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the flour.
Add coffee gradually and stir until boiling. Simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Add
sugar and flavouring. Just before serving, stir in egg yolks. Do not allow the
sauce to boil again.
Serve with ice-cream
and cold puddings.
