Cornflour
|
15gms
|
Dilute cornflour and cocoa with a little a cold milk. Boil
remaining milk. Pour gradually over cornflour mixture. Return to the pan. Stir
till it starts to boil. Mix in the sugar and butter.
With chocolate:
Shred the chocolate. Add to the milk and proceed as above,
omitting cocoa.
Serve with ice-cream,
soufflés, puddings.
