Refined flour
90gms
2.25kg
Butter
90gms
2.25kg
Sugar
90gms
2.25kg
Baking powder
a pinch
30gms
Vanilla essence
to taste 
to taste 


Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and then the flour sieved with baking powder. Fold in well-beaten egg whites. Add essence. Pour into greased mould and steam; serve with jam sauce.
