Boiled salad dressing (150ml) (5 – 8 portions)



Ingredients

Egg

Oil
1 tbsp
Mustard
½ tsp
Sugar
1 t sp
Salt
1 ½ tsp
Milk
150ml
Cream
1 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp (15ml)


Mix oil, mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar. Beat eggs and add milk and cream. Strain into the bowl with oil etc. place in a pan of hot water and whisk till mixture begins to thicken. Pour into a cold basin.

For salad.
