Cole slaw dressing (100ml) (4 portions)



Ingredients

Quantity
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Salt
a pinch
Pepper
a pinch
Dry mustard
¼ tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Butter
1 tsp
Egg (beaten)
1
Cream
100ml


Heat seasoning and butter to boiling point. Slowly stir into beaten egg. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in cream. While hot, pour over shredded cabbage. Chill and serve cold.
