Mix together cornflour, sugar and enough cold milk to form a
smooth paste. Boil remaining milk. Add to the paste, stirring well. Put back on
fire. Cook till thick. Add colouring and flavouring and set in wet moulds in
layers.
N. B. To
add cocoa, mix with a little cold milk and add to one portion, cook for a few
minutes longer and set over the previous layers.
