Marshmallow pudding

Vanilla essence
a few drops

Pink and green colouring




Separate whites and yolks of eggs carefully. Keep yolks asides for sauce. Whisk whites very stiffly. Add sugar gradually. Dissolve gelatine in warm water and add drop by drop to the sugar and egg mixture. Add vanilla essence. Separate into 3 bowls. Colour one pink, one green and keep one white. Pour in layers into wet moulds and chill. Serve with chocolate sauce.


Chocolate sauce

Cocoa

250gms
Sugar

250gms


Beat the yolks, add milk and sugar and heat over low flame. Add cocoa to a little cold milk. Make into a smooth paste. Add to the sauce. Cook for a few minutes longer. Serve hot with cold marshmallows.
