Grind garlic and ginger. Fry chopped onions till nearly
brown. Add garlic and ginger and mutton. Keep frying for 10 – 15 minutes,
sprinkling a little water if desired. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder,
cumin powder and salt. Fry for a further 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and
fry for a further 10 minutes. Add sufficient water and coriander leaves and
simmer over very slow fire. When nearly done, add garam masala and pepper
powder.
