Elaichi Mutton

Coriander powder

Clean and cut mutton into 2.5cm (1”) pieces. Chop onions fine. Pound cardamom seeds. Heat oil. Saute chopped onions. Add powdered cardamom seeds. Fry one minute. Add prepared mutton, salt and coriander powder. Fry for a few minutes. Add water. Cook over a slow fire mutton is cooked and gravy is like a thin soup. Add pepper powder.
