Boil potatoes and mash. Boil vegetables and chop fine. Chop green chillies, ginger and onion fine. Mix spices, vegetables and potatoes together. Add lime juice and salt. Shape into cutlets. Dip in flour, then egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
