 Bengal gram

Grind:



Garlic

Ginger

Soak gram overnight. Slit capsicums lengthwise. Remove seeds. Slice onions, grind spices. Mix together gram, sliced onion and ground spices and lightly fry in a little fat. Stuff capsicums with the fried filling. Heat the remaining fat. Place capsicums nearly in it. Cover and cook over a slow fire. Sprinkle water occasionally if necessary. Cook till tender. Add a little more fat and finish cooking.
