Grind together onion, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Grind almonds or cashewnuts separately. Heat the fat. Fry panir cubes till light brown and remove. In the same fat fry spices. Add peas and fry. Add tomatoes pulp, salt and a small quantity of water. Cook till peas are soft. Add fried cottage cheese. Simmer. Add the ground nuts and beaten curds. Mix well. Bring to boil and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
