Mooli Sag














Ingredients

Quantity
White radishes and tender leaves of white radish
250gms
Ginger
2.5cm. (1”) piece
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Oil or fat
½ tsp
Salt
to taste 
Lime
½


Heat the oil. Add finely chopped ginger, chilli powder and finely chopped radishes and leaves. Mix well. Add salt and just sufficient water to cook dry. Cook over a slow fire till done. Add lime juice and remove.
