Shell prawns. Remove intestines and wash well. Grind together onions, garlic, green chillies and salt, to a fine paste. Smear paste on prawns. Marinade for half an hour. Dip prawns in egg. Cover with bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot till crisp and brown.
