Fish Kababs















Ø  2 kg fish
Ø  200 gms ghee
Ø  200 gms onions sliced
Ø  250 gms thick curd
Ø  10 red chillies ground
Ø  2 cm piece ginger ground
Ø  1 tsp garam masala
Ø  1 tsp garlic paste
Ø  Salt to taste

Clean fish and cut in small pieces. Apply garlic paste, 1 tsp salt and 2 tblsp curd. Rub pieces well and wash. Marinate in a mixture of ginger, garam masala, thick curd, salt to taste, and onions (fried and powdered). Let stand for 1 hour.

Take some wooden sticks and skewer the fish pieces on them securely. Grill them and go on putting ghee on top till they are quite brown. Take them off the sticks, place on a dish and serve hot.
