Egg Noodles













Ø  4 eggs
Ø  3 cups of refined flour (maida)
Ø  Salt to taste

Beat the eggs and knead them well with flour and salt added to it.  Roll this dough into thin chapatis, then roll the chapatis like pan cakes. Cut them in two 2 m.m. thickness and spread out long strips. Prepare the noodles and place then atop it. Lightly fry by covering noodles with another layer of the strip. Join the layers with a dash of the dough. Serve it hot with any ketchup of your liking.
