Egg Tikka

 




Ø  8 hard boiled eggs
Ø  4 medium sized potatoes, boiled peeled and mashed
Ø  1 cup of bread crumbs
Ø  3 tsp pepper pwd
Ø  Ghee for frying
Ø  A bunch of chopped coriander leaves
Ø  Salt to taste

Halve the boiled and peeled eggs lengthwise. Mix salt and pepper powder in mashed potatoes well. Cover the halved eggs with potato paste. Then beat the egg white well. Lower now the potato covered egg halved into egg white. Sprinkle bread crumbs and deep fry in heated oil. Serve it hot garnished with coriander leaves, with tomato sauce.
