Cucumba - Radish




Ingredients

Curds (yoghurt)
1 cup
Cucumbers
2 medium
White tender radish
1 medium
Onion
1 medium
Green chillies
2
Coriander chopped

Salt and sugar
to taste 
Oil
½ tsp
Cumin seeds
½ tsp
Asafoetida
1 pinch


Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for an hour or so.

Finally chop the onion, cucumber and radish peeling only if required

Mix them, add the thick curd, salt, 2-3 pinches sugar and chopped coriander

Heat oil in a small vessel, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and green chilli slit

Mix gently, garnish with coriander and chill before serving.
