Country Chicken Curry

Ginger-garlic paste

to taste 


Clean the chicken, heat on the flame, apply turmeric, clean in water and cut into small pieces. Mix the chicken pieces, salt, chilli powder, oil in a bowl and soak them for about 1/2 an hour Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions until brown. Also add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, green chillies, chilli powder, and chicken pieces. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Mix cumin, khus khus seeds, garam masala and blend them to a thick paste. Add this paste to the chicken pieces and cook for another10-15 minutes.
