Chicken Chatpat




Ingredients

Boneless chicken

Garam masala

Ginger- garlic paste
25gms
Oil
50gms
Onion – chopped
10gms
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Yogurt
10gms
Tandoori red food coloring
1 pinch
Salt
to taste


In a wide bowl, mix chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori red food coloring and marinate for about 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until they turn golden brown. Cook the chicken pieces until the gravy disappears and later fry them.
