Boil dal.
Chop vegetables into small pieces. Boil.
Mix both with chilli powder, salt, asafetida, sugar and tamarind
juice.
Heat the oil. Fry black gram dal and mustard seeds.
Grind coconut, coriander seeds and pepper seeds.
