Semolina pudding

Lime juice
a few drops

Egg yolks (optional)

Boil the milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Sprinkle the semolina and stir to boil. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add sugar, butter, floavouring and egg yolk if included. Pour into a pie dish. Brown under a grill. Serve hot.
