Cut a thin slice from the top (not the stem end) of each
tomato. Carefully remove pulp. Place tomatoes in a greased baking dish. Break
egg drop one into each tomato. Mix tomato pulp, grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Season to taste. Roll into marbles. Place around the tomatoes. Bake until eggs
are set.
