Egg and potato fry

80 – 100gms


Slice onions thick. Brown lightly in fat. Add thickly sliced, boiled potatoes cook for 5 minutes stirring well. Beat eggs with seasoning. Increase  heat. Pour in beaten eggs. Lift edges to let egg fluid flow under. Cook till eggs set. Serve unfolded and hot.
