Stuffed idli















Ingredients

Quantity
Split black gram
50gms
Parboiled rice
150gms
       Or

Raw rice
100gms
Fenugreek
a pinch
Salt
to taste

For the filling:


Mincemeat from leftover meat curry or green leafy vegetables.



Pour 1 ladle of batter into the idli mould. Sprinkle a layer of filling. Cover with another ladle of batter and steam as usual. Serve hot.
