Spaghetti mutton and tomato casserole

Clean and mince mutton. Add seasoning and shape into balls. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry lightly. Boil spaghetti in salted water till done. Prepare a tomato sauce using remaining ingredients. In a casserole dish place a good layer of spaghetti. Cover with tomato sauce. Top with meat balls. Cover and bake in a moderate over at 175oC (350oF) for 25 minutes.
