Rajmah meat curry

Garam masala powder (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin)

Soak kidney beans overnight, or at least for 3 to 4 hours. Grind together onion, garlic and green chilli. Heat the fat. Fry ground ingredients with turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder. When fat starts oozing out add meat. Fry well. Add water and simmer over slow fire till meat is half done. Add soaked beans, salt, more water. Cook till meat and beans are tender and the gravy is thick. Sprinkle garam masala over. Remove from fire. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
