Mince the mutton. Boil and mash the potatoes. Chop onions, green chillies and ginger fine. Heat a small quantity of fat. Saute onions, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Add potatoes, minced meat, pepper and salt. Mix well, remove. The mixture should be moist but not wet. Test for seasoning. From into balls and flatten. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve hot.
