Prawns and noodle casserole

Shell and wash prawns. Remove intestines. Wash again. Boil in court bouillon. Cool and drain. Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and drain. Make a white sauce with flour, butter and milk. Cook chopped capsicum and onions in salted water till tender. Drain and add to white sauce. Arrange noodles and prawns in layers in a well greased pyrex dish. Cover with white sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven at 190oC(375oF) for about 10 – 15 minutes.
