Potato fritters














Ingredients

Quantity
Potatoes
2 medium sized
Egg
1
Ginger
2.5 cm ( ½”) piece 
Onions
½ small
Green chilli
1
Salt
to taste 
Oil to fry



Peel and chop onion and ginger into very fine pieces. Remove seeds from chilli and chop finely. Peel and grate potatoes. Beat the egg well and mix with grated potatoes and chopped ingredients. Add salt to taste. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil. Drain on absorbent paper and serve piping hot.
