Boil and peel potatoes. Mash. Chop onions, ginger and green
chillies finely. Heat 30ml of oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When
mustard sees crackle, add chopped spices potatoes, turmeric and salt. Add lime
juice. Mix well. Remove. Divide into 80 portions (the size of a large lime).
Dip in prepared batter and seep fry.
