Pork kababs














Ingredients

For 4
Shoulder or loin of pork, cut in 4 cm (1 ½ “) squares 2 cm (1”) thick


For the marinade:


Salad oil
½ cup
Lime oil
1 tbsp
Onion (chop fine)
1
Garlic (chop fine)
6 cloves
Dry mustard
1 tsp
Pepper
½ tsp
Salt
to taste 


Mix together all the ingredients. Marinade meat for a several hours or overnight in the mixture. Thread the meat on skewers. Put a grid over live coal in a charcoal stove and cook the kababs over this till done. Brush meat with remaining marinade during cooking.
