Pork chops in chilli sauce














Ingredients

Pork chops
8
Garlic
8 cloves
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Vinegar
¼ cup
Ginger
a small piece
Salt
to taste 


Grind together garlic, chilli powder and ginger using vinegar. Apply on chops. Set aside in refrigerator overnight. Add salt and bake in the marinade in a moderately hot oven, about 140oC (375oF), turning a couple of time until chops are done (about 45 minutes).
