Ingredients

Quantity
Bengal gram flour
115gms
Split black gram flour
30gms
Chilli powder
¼ tsp
Fat to rub in
1 tbsp
Asafoetida
a pinch
Salt
1/8 tsp
Omum
to taste
Oil for deep frying



Sieve all flour. Add spices, except chilli powder. Rub in fat. Add salted water and make a stiff dough. Divide into equal portions. Roll out into very thin poories. Deep fry. Remove and sprinkle over with chilli powder.
