445ml (3 cups)

Oil to fry
|
|
Sift gram flour. Rub in oil. Add salt and water to make a
stiff dough. Press through sev mould into hot fat. When crisp and golden brown,
remove and drain. Tin and use as required.
N. B. 5gms chilli powder and 5gms turmeric could
be mixed with the flour, if so desired.
